Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is an opportunity to explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours: the things that make you, uniquely, you. It is a chance to get curious in a safe, non-judgemental space. It is a place to learn about yourself, delve into your struggles, and unearth your strengths. As your counsellor, my goal will always be to help and support you as you gain more clarity about who you are and what is holding you back from what you want.

My approach is very collaborative and relational. It is not my role to tell you what’s wrong with you. I won’t try to “fix” you, or tell you what you “must” do. Instead, we will forge a partnership. One built on positive regard, compassion and curiosity. Together we will honestly examine your life, challenge your thinking, and work to gain new perspectives. I believe that you are the best expert on you and our partnership will help you use that knowledge to make the changes you want in your life.
