Why Counselling?

Sometimes we don’t know how to get to where we want. Sometimes we think we know, but just can’t seem to get started. It can all feel like too much and we can become overwhelmed. Our goals can seem just out of reach. At these times, what we might need is a little help and support.

Counselling can help. No matter what your goals are, we can work towards them together. Counselling can be a way to rediscover your strengths, re-frame your past, and utilize your experience to move positively into the future. It is a place to get curious about why you are where you are, and explore what might be holding you back.

Our work together will focus on bringing out and growing your inherent strengths. We’ll use modern, evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the challenges in your life. Together, we’ll identify your goals and hone in on ways to achieve them.
